Your program can be self-administered by utilizing The Certified Achievement Check. The check is a three-part carbonless form. It serves as a recognition communication tool, as well as a form for verification of achievement at the time of redemption. Once a participant accumulates enough award points for his or her merchandise selection, he or she simply completes an award order form and mails it for processing.
